Technical Malfunctions

Prohibited Conduct

Zero tolerance policy: hu77 operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, money laundering, and collusion. Where such conduct is detected, account balances will be frozen immediately, relevant transaction records will be preserved, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh or the relevant jurisdiction.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
hu77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure by hu77
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
- Detection of a self-excluded player attempting to access the platform through a new account.
- A regulatory or legal obligation requiring hu77 to restrict or terminate a player's access.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their hu77 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-Exclusion

Effect of Account Closure
